Of course, a resistive single touch screen can be used with mitten.

The Storage temperature of VICPAS touch screen panel is -20℃~+70℃ (Normaly) -30℃~+80℃ (Special)
4. What do I need to use a touchscreen?
Touchscreen, controller, controller cable, and driver software are needed.
In addition, a host computer (to which the driver software will be installed) and monitor (on which the touchscreen will be mounted) are needed.
5. Is there a circuit diagram I can refer to ?
